The Gibson Mansion is available for a variety of small gatherings and special events, offered on a limited, by-request basis. Our historic home provides a warm, distinctive setting for celebrations that feel personal, relaxed, and memorable.

  • Whole Mansion Rental – Ideal for private events that require exclusive use of the property
  • Partial Rentals – Options may include reserving the grounds or common floors at an hourly rate

Availability and layout options depend on guest count, time of day, and existing lodging reservations.

Planning, Catering & Kitchen Use

  • The mansion has a warming kitchen only (no full commercial kitchen)
  • Dishes and basic serving items are available for use
  • Catering plans should align with the kitchen limitations
